Senior Product Design Project Engineer

• Remuneration $100K - $130K packaged & commensurate

Our client designs, manufacturers and markets electrical, electronic and fibre optic connectors, coaxial and flat-ribbon cable, and interconnect systems.

They are looking for an experienced Mechanical / Mechatronic / Industrial degree qualified Engineer to join their team of specialist Engineers.

Working across all business units you will participate in the various phases of Applied Engineering Design & Product development along with Manufacturing support & QA responsibility.

You have-

• High level skills in 3D modelling – ideally Autodesk Inventor, with product and component design (SolidWorks, Catia is also ok)
• Experience & understanding of the manufacturing life cycle
• Exposure to ISO 9001 Design Control procedures
• Report writing

You support a result driven attitude, enjoy juggling changing priorities & working within a niche industry.
